Inner Waters Retreat – Documento Informativo y Términos
Precio y pago del Retiro.
Todos los precios y formas de pago las puedes encontrar en la seccion de Costos en la pagina de Retiro Inner Waters.
Todo el pago debe completarse a más tardar el 17 de febrero de 2026. Quien no complete su pago no podrá asistir al retiro.
Política de Cancelación.
Cancelaciones con un mes, regresamos el 70%
Posterior a esta fecha, no se hacen rembolosos pero se puede transferir a otra persona.
Sin excepciones.
No aplican reembolsos por desastres naturales, mal clima, enfermedad, pandemias, emergencias familiares o personales, conflictos laborales, cambio de opinión, vuelos perdidos o retrasados.Si llegas tarde o te retiras antes del retiro, no habrá reembolso por tiempo no utilizado.
Seguro de Viaje y Salud.
Se recomienda contar con seguro de viaje y/o salud que cubra atención médica y transporte de regreso en caso de emergencia.
PULSA y las personas involucradas en la organización del retiro no se hacen responsables de accidentes, enfermedades u otros incidentes durante el retiro.La participación en clases, caminatas, talleres y actividades acuáticas es bajo tu responsabilidad total. Se requiere la firma de una exención de responsabilidad, la cual debes firmar para participar.
Fotografía y Medios.
Durante el retiro se tomarán fotos y videos que podrán utilizarse para promoción futura de Inner Waters Retreat y de PULSA. Al participar, aceptas que tu imagen pueda ser usada con estos fines.
Política de Teléfono y Redes Sociales.
Sugerimos limitar el uso de teléfonos durante prácticas, yoga o meditación. Respeta la privacidad de los demás y limita el uso del teléfono. Evita la fotografía excesiva y sumérgete en la experiencia.
Cancelaciones o Cambios por Inner Waters Retreat.
Si el retiro se cancela bajo circunstancias especificas, se notificará a los participantes y se reembolsarán los pagos recibidos.
No somos responsables de gastos adicionales como vuelos, transporte u otras reservas.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar el programa debido a huelgas, interrupciones de viaje o factores externos, condiciones climáticas u oceánicas, regulaciones gubernamentales o retrasos de terceros. En este caso, si el retiro se pospone y no habra un remboloso y se reagendara la fecha. Cualquier cambio esencial será notificado por escrito.
El itinerario listado es de referencia y puede modificarse.
Podemos retirar a un participante por comportamiento disruptivo y que ponga a riesgo a las y los asistentes, sin reembolso. Los participantes son responsables de cualquier daño a la propiedad, naturaleza o pertenencias ajenas.
Reglas de uso de Casa Sábila.
La Casa Sábila se encuentra frente al mar, con acceso a la playa y áreas con escaleras o pendientes. Se requiere capacidad física para moverse con seguridad.
Trae tus productos de higiene personal ecológicos o biodegradables (pasta de dientes, shampoo, jabón, protector solar).
Mantén la voz baja y respeta la tranquilidad del lugar.
No se permiten fogatas fuera de áreas designadas. Respeta flora y fauna, y no dejes basura.
Tu habitación estará equipada con ropa de cama y toallas; coloca la ropa usada en la bolsa destinada antes de partir.
Acceso a áreas comunes, terraza frente al mar, hamacas y zona de meditación. Comedor solo disponible en horarios de comida; cocina restringida.
Se permite fumar únicamente en áreas designadas.
Se recomienda limitar el uso de teléfono y redes sociales durante la estancia.
Responsabilidad por daños. Los huéspedes deberán cubrir el costo de reparación o reposición de cualquier daño a la propiedad o instalaciones.
La administración puede pedir la salida de un huésped por comportamiento disruptivo o irrespetuoso, sin reembolso.
Información de Viaje.
Los gastos de viaje (vuelos) no están incluidos en la tarifa del retiro. Los participantes deben reservar sus vuelos y comunicarlos a PULSA para coordinar transporte.

Inicio: Miércoles 25 de febrero de 2026.
Check-in: 12:00 PM.
Inicio oficial: 6:00 PM.
Fin: Domingo 1 de marzo de 2026.
Check-out: 6:00 PM.
Firma del Documento de Exención.
Para participar en Inner Waters Retreat es obligatorio firmar el documento de Exención de Responsabilidad y Uso de Imagen, el cual confirma que aceptas los riesgos, las reglas del retiro y autorizas el uso de tu imagen según lo indicado.

Retreat Pricing & Payment
All prices and payment options can be found in the Costs section on the Inner Waters Retreat page.
Full payment must be completed no later than February 17, 2026.
Participants who do not complete full payment by this date will not be able to attend the retreat.
Cancellation Policy
— Cancellations made one month prior to the retreat will receive a 70% refund.
— After this date, no refunds will be issued; however, the spot may be transferred to another person.
No exceptions.
Refunds do not apply due to natural disasters, weather conditions, illness, pandemics, family or personal emergencies, work-related conflicts, change of mind, missed or delayed flights.
If you arrive late or leave the retreat early, no refunds will be given for unused time.
Travel & Health Insurance
Participants are strongly encouraged to have travel and/or health insurance that covers medical care and return transportation in case of emergency.
PULSA and all individuals involved in organizing the retreat are not responsible for accidents, illnesses, or incidents that may occur during the retreat.
Participation in classes, walks, workshops, and water-based activities is entirely at your own risk.
A Liability Waiver must be signed in order to participate.
Photography & Media Use
During the retreat, photos and videos may be taken and used for future promotional purposes for Inner Waters Retreat and PULSA.
By participating, you consent to the use of your image for these purposes.
Phone & Social Media Policy
We suggest limiting phone use during practices, yoga, and meditation sessions.
Please respect the privacy of others and avoid excessive photography.
We invite you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
Cancellations or Changes by Inner Waters Retreat
If the retreat is canceled due to specific circumstances, participants will be notified and payments received will be refunded.
We are not responsible for additional expenses such as flights, transportation, or other personal bookings.
We reserve the right to modify the program due to strikes, travel disruptions, external factors, weather or ocean conditions, government regulations, or third-party delays.
If the retreat is postponed, no refunds will be issued, and the retreat will be rescheduled.
Any essential changes will be communicated in writing.
Program Changes & Conduct
The itinerary is provided as a reference and may be modified.
We reserve the right to remove a participant without refund if their behavior is disruptive or puts others at risk.
Participants are responsible for any damage caused to property, nature, or others’ belongings.
Casa Sábila Rules & Guidelines
Casa Sábila is located directly in front of the ocean, with beach access and areas that include stairs or uneven terrain.
Participants must have the physical ability to move safely.
— Please bring eco-friendly or biodegradable personal hygiene products (toothpaste, shampoo, soap, sunscreen).
— Keep noise levels low and respect the tranquility of the space.
— Bonfires are only allowed in designated areas. Respect flora and fauna and leave no trash behind.
— Rooms are equipped with bedding and towels; please place used linens in the designated bag before departure.
— Access is granted to common areas, oceanfront terrace, hammocks, and meditation space.
— Dining room access is limited to meal times; kitchen use is restricted.
— Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
— Phone and social media use is recommended to be limited during the stay.
Damage Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for covering repair or replacement costs for any damage to property or facilities.
Management reserves the right to request a guest’s departure for disruptive or disrespectful behavior, without refund.
Travel Information
Travel expenses, including flights, are not included in the retreat price.
Participants must book their own flights and share flight details with PULSA in order to coordinate transportation.

Liability Waiver Signature
To participate in Inner Waters Retreat, signing the Liability Waiver and Image Release Form is mandatory.
By signing, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved, agree to follow retreat guidelines, and authorize the use of your image as described above.
